Is it worse when you lie down? Do you have a headache? Do you feel sick? You might have the same problem I had with the "balance crystals" in your ears out of position. There's not much they can do about it & it should correct it's self. All they can do is give you some sea sick tablets.
It got better by the end of the day and I feel normal this morning. We think it must have been just a random virus - possibly the same one that was connected to my extreme tiredness early last week.
